The estate of Château Bellevue Chollet is located in the small community Soussac , about 50 km east of Bordeaux, the conditions are easier and harder than, say, in the proud Saint Emilion. The wine area of Entre -Deux- Mers is situated between the rivers Dordogne and Garonne. The name means " between the seas " . The wines of this region may not enjoy the same fame as the great wines of Saint Julien or Margaux, but they do not have to , because the wines are different.
A white Entre -Deux- Mers is a refreshing, aromatic and fruity wine that should be drunk within the first three years .
The Domaine Bellevue Chollet is located at the foot of the hill by Launey , with 143 meters to the top of the Gironde.
The wine is a wonderful blend of Semillon , Sauvignon Blanc and Muscadelle . The wine grows on limestone soils and is very cool and moist. The grapes ripen so later, but bring out the popular sound of refreshing citrus and pear.
Enjoy these wonderful Entre -Deux- Mers ! He shines light yellow with green reflections in the glass and smells deliciously of pear , grapefruit and a hint of Lemon. On the palate is lush with exotic notes. The finish is clean and pleasantly fresh. |
