HARDYS THE RIDDLE? CABERNET-GRENACHE
A deep-coloured rose using the interesting combination of the widely planted 57% Cabernet Sauvignon and 43% Grenache, both widely planted varieties in South Australia?s Riverland region. The juice is allowed only a brief period of maceration on the skins to extract sufficient colour before draining off and fermenting in stainless steel tanks to preserve the freshness and fruit. Vinified slightly off-dry to enhance the fresh summer-fruits, aromas and palate.
