Only produced in exceptional years, from grapes rigorously chosen according to their origin and their intrinsic quality - this is the quintessence of the Henriot style. Recognised amongst the great wines of champagne, Cuvée des Enchanteleurs is made largely from Chardonnay, emanating entirely from Grand Cru vineyards on the Côte des Blancs. It has a brilliant, captivating bouquet which offers a refined opulence and a rich palate, slowly uncoiling to reveal an elegant complexity. The balance is exquisite, this is simply pleasure in a glass.
