Terms & Conditions  
Bottled and Boxed is a trading name of Drinx.com Ltd. The purchase of products from Bottled and Boxed are governed by the below terms and conditions. Please read them before purchasing from the site. By using the site, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a customer.

ORDERING FROM BOTTLED AND BOXED

  • We will not sell or deliver to anyone who is, or appears to be under the age of 18. Bottled and Boxed requires that all customers agree to supply proof of age on request. By placing an order you are making a representation that you are at least 18 years old.

  • Prices and promotional offers are as stated at the time of placing your order and are subject to availability. In the unlikely event that your chosen product is out of stock then we will contact you and offer you the following options:

  • An alternative product. If the product is less in value then a partial refund will be arranged. If the product is more in value then an additional payment will be required upon your authorisation.

  • A delay until your order becomes available.

  • cancellation of the entire order and a full refund.

  • If we cannot contact you we reserve the right to provide suitable alternative products at no extra charge. It is very important that you give us your correct contact details during the order process.

  • We reserve the right not to accept your order.


CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

  • Your right to cancel starts from the day the contract is made and ends on the expiry of the seventh working day after your delivery has been received. This is in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulation 2000.

  • If you wish to cancel your order please call us on 0870 7000 0093 or e-mail us at cancellations@bottledandboxed.com immediately. We will refund you within 30 days of cancellation.

  • If the goods have already been despatched you should return them to us in good condition within 7 working days of cancellation. For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty.

If you do not return the goods to us within the specified time we will arrange for collection, the cost of which will be deducted from your refund.

BREAKAGES

  • All goods must be examined at the time of delivery.

  • Claims for breakages will only be accepted if we are notified by telephone on 0870 7000 0093 within 2 working days of delivery and the damaged products and their packaging are kept for inspection and the loss or damage is noted at the time of delivery.


DELIVERY

  • We can deliver next day to all areas within the Mainland UK for £4.99, areas classed as 'Off-Shore' UK are charged at £8.99 and go on a 48 hour delivery service. Below is a full postcode list defining the areas classed as 'Off-Shore' in which delivery can take a little longer, so therefore is designated to a 48 hour delivery service.

  • Orders placed before 4pm on a weekday will be delivered on the next working day, or on a specified delivery date such as a Saturday. You have the option to specify your required delivery date when you checkout.

  • All orders received after 4pm deadline will be processed on the following working day. Working days are Monday to Friday, with the exception of Bank Holidays. We do not deliver on Sundays.

  • For example, orders placed Monday to Thursday before 4pm will be delivered the following day (providing it is not a public holiday) Orders placed after 4pm on a Thursday through to 2.30pm on the following Monday will be delivered on the Tuesday.

  • We use City Link to deliver your order. City Link will leave a calling card if there is no one available to accept delivery offering a choice of either collecting the parcel from the nearest Post Office branch that same day, or telephoning to arrange re-delivery to the original address the next working day. City Link will only attempt to re-deliver once, after which you become responsible for arranging direct with them the collection of your order.

  • Goods must be signed for upon delivery. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address you selected for your order within the time constraints selected.

  • Bottled and Boxed cannot accept responsibility for delays or non-delivery if the address or postcode supplied is in correct or there is no one available to sign for the goods.

  • We cannot deliver to P O Boxes.

  • We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform obligations if that delay or failure is caused by circumstances beyond our control such as (but without limitation) any industrial strike, war, riot, malicious damage, governmental order, rule, regulation or direction or an act of God.

  • For deliveries in which a third party is involved such as offices, hospitals, hotels etc. please indicate as much information as possible into the delivery details, i.e., hotel room number, hospital ward and room number etc.

  • We will not sell or share your personal details with un related parties, partners or affiliates.

  • Bottled and Boxed are committed to keeping the personal details of its customers and visitors private and secure in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

  • The only information we hold about you is your name, address, phone number and e-mail address.

  • We only use this information to occasionally e-mail you with details of our products and promotions and if you have requested any information from ourselves.

  • Your telephone number is taken as it enables us to contact you urgently if there is a problem / query with your order. If at any time you wish to opt out of future e-mails then please notify us at unsubscribe@bottladandboxed.com.
