Monte Real Reserva Bodegas Riojanas 75cl - Spanish Red Wine

Monte Real Reserva has a mysterious complexity and elegance from its origin. This Tempranillo fragrance was created to conquer with its aroma. Intense cherry red color with subtle vermilion rims. On the nose, fresh red fruits intermingle with compotes of ripe fruits, with the aroma of liquorice. On the palate, it seduces with its meatiness, charm with that magic of liquorice and the silkiness of ripe fruit, forming a concoction that sparkles playing with the notes of chocolate, clove, nutmeg and balsamic notes.

Aged in oak for between 24 and 30 months, with a further 24 month ageing in the bottle. Intense cherry red in colour with a powerful nose of oak and typical Rioja flavours. On the palate it is full bodied with polished tannins and a long persistent finish

Elaboration

Classical vinification with destalked, crushed grapes using the latest fermentation control technologies and long maceration periods. Aged for 24 to 30 months in American oak casks with appropriately-timed rackings. Aged in the bottle for at least 12 months before being put on the market. Serve at between 16º and 18ºC. Unmistakable personality of Cenicero wines.

Tasting notes

Intense cherry-red colour with a tawny rim. Clean, powerful aromas on the nose with a harmonious blend of ageing in oak and vinous notes. Wide structure in the mouth, tasty, with body. Polished, smooth tannins. Aromas extend retronasally, with a long, persistent finish. Well-developed and mature, it guarantees a long life in the bottle. Allergens: Contains sulfites
