6 years of aging between barrel and bottle, including a patient aging in our centenary caves. We only elaborate this wine in exceptional vintages. Completely artisan harvest with a bunches selection in the vineyard. It ages for 3 years in oak barrels of 4 different origins, in the quiet of our underground caves.

A deep coloured wine. Intense garnet colour. Aromas of toffee and memories of cedar wood. Complex on the palate, it is a complete wine. Broad, meaty and enveloping. Very persistent aftertaste. A memorable wine.
Ideal temperature service: between 14ºC and 18ºC.
