Intense garnet with orange nuances, Elegant, persistent and intense. Spicy notes such as pepper balance a fruity and floral bouquet of violet and small red fruits. Structured and harmonious, with persistent and soft tannins. Ideal with roasted meats, game stews, aged cheeses and pasta dishes with mushrooms

Production area: Langhe, a hilly land in the southern part of Piedmont.

Climate: The Langhe area is dominated by a temperate cold subcontinental climate with specific characteristics that can only be found in this region: the protective effect of the Alpi mountains and the influence of mild and humid currents from the Ligurian Sea, determine a unique climatic scenario.

Harvest: Mid October

VINIFICATION: After the pressing and destemming, fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature for about 20 days. After the malolactic fermentation, the wine ages in oak barrels for 18 months before bottling.
