Bottled & Boxed offers both UK and worldwide gift delivery, so you can put a smile on your loved ones’ faces, no matter where they are in the world.
Each present is delivered with a personalised gift message and no other receipt or invoices are included in our packages, which means they can be delivered straight to the recipient’s door.
The parcels are clearly labelled with the recipient address and the personalised gift message is included in the box, No other receipts/invoices go with the delivery. A signature is required.
We aim to deliver all UK mainland gifts the day after they’re ordered, as long as they’re purchased before 4:00pm Monday–Thursday, and Monday if ordered on Friday.
Saturday delivery costs more at £12.99 We do not deliver on Sundays.
To guarantee that your present is delivered to a UK mainland address before 12pm the next day, ensure that you order by 4:00pm Mon–Thurs and choose this option when you check out.
It costs slightly more to ship gifts to Northern Ireland, as these deliveries are classified as offshore. It could take up to two days for your gift to be received.
We cannot deliver on a Saturday in Northern Ireland.
Orders shipped to the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man are classified as offshore and, therefore, are more expensive to deliver. It can take up to 2 - 3 days for your present to be delivered, depending on customs procedures.
We cannot deliver on a Saturday in Channel Island (Jersey, Guernsey).
We deliver gifts right up to Christmas, typically up till Christmas eve, however there can be a delay on packing and couriers shipping in December so we recommend you place your order in October/November and schedule a delivery date.

Delivery can take between 2 to 3 days.
We cannot deliver on a Saturday in Highlands and Islands & UK 2 Day Area's.
Due to Brexit we need you to contact us to discuss your requirements. We will then arrange delivery for you while minimising costs wherever possible. Our aim is to avoid the recipient being charged any duties or taxes upon receipt.
We are able to ship your gifts internationally, to destinations including the USA and Australia. Overseas deliveries may take up to eight days. Please note that some countries do place restrictions on food items or alcohol.
We cannot deliver on a saturday out side of the UK Mainland.
We are not open on Saturdays and Sundays, so any orders made at the weekend will be dispatched the following Monday. Additionally, we cannot ship any orders on UK bank holidays, so any orders placed won’t be shipped until afterwards.
All orders that we send out are assigned a tracking reference number, which will be emailed to you. You can then track your order right through to its delivery. If you notice an issue, please call us on 0132 531 3456 so we can help to fix any problems.
All of our parcels are sent on insured, signed-for services. We guarantee to replace goods damaged in transit, as long as we are informed within 48 hours of delivery. Damaged good may be refused on delivery and the carrier will return them for you. If the damage is not immediately evident, the goods should be retained for inspection and returned at our expense if necessary. We will replace goods that get lost in transit, provided that we are notified.
If the recipient is not there to receive your parcel, the carrier will try to deliver it to a neighbour and leave a card to say where it can be found. If this is not possible, they will leave a calling card with details of how to arrange for your gift to be redelivered.
If you then need the parcel to be delivered to a different address, this can be arranged with the carrier. However, this may incur an extra charge.
If a calling card is left and no response is received, the gift will be returned to us after eight working days.
We always want our gifts to arrive in one piece, which means we take a lot of care when packaging them to be shipped. This can require a lot of packing materials, which is why we’ve put a lot of thought into making sure this doesn’t negatively affect the environment.
Our gift cards, boxes, business cards, and leaflets are all made from wood pulp, which has been sourced from sustainable forests. Additionally, the protective packing chips and bubble wrap we use is all recyclable, too. So, when you shop with us, not only will your present arrive safely at your loved one’s door, but you’ll know that you’ve made an environmentally friendly decision, too!
