The Blanc De Noir edition of the Armand de Brignac (also known as Ace of Spades) is bottled in limited quantities through traditional methods, by a small team of staff.
The champagne is aged in a gated section of cellars and are considered the deepest, at more than 30 metres undergound. Remuage (riddling) is done entirely by hand on traditional wooden racks, over a period of 30-45 days. After disgorgement, the Champagne is rested for at least an additional 6 months before bottles can be released.
The Blanc De Noir's appearance is white-gold in colour and hosts expressive notes of sweet spices, blackberries and violets. Made purely from the pinot noir grapes in the small French village of Chigney-Les-Roses.
