Ayala Brut Nature is a unique wine in the Zero Dosage. Without any dosage at the disgorgement, this cuvée requires constant attention, in order to express the essence. It delicately enhances the raw material, which is transformed by a unique and authentic savoir-faire. The blend associates a majority of Chardonnay, then some Pinot Noir. A smaller amount of Meunier complements them with finesse, in a sheer and balanced spirit.
The vinification is partially made in the new stainless-steel winery, a cutting-edge technological tool, which allows to create wines of remarkable precision and purity.
