Here, appetite meets refreshment. Bushmills Original is the star of the serve. The ice and garnish balance it all out to complete the perfect Bushmills Highball.

INGREDIENTS

• 1 part Bushmills Original
• 3 parts soda water
• 1 part lemon juice
• Lots of ice
• Lime slice

DIRECTIONS - Add ice to the 3/4 mark of the Bushmills Highball glass. Add a measure of Bushmills Original whiskey. Pour in a good splash of premium soda water to bring the liquid to the top of the glass. Stir and serve.
