Coming from plots with a sandy and light soil, this wine is fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks protected from oxygen in order to preserve at best its freshness and fruitiness during tasting. Showing a pale-yellow colour with green sheen, the wine offers a nose made of citrus fruits, crunchy fruits, and white flowers. The palate is tasty and refreshing, ideal for appetizer or to start a meal.
COLOR AND NOSE
Bright pale-yellow color with green sheen. Its bouquet, dominated by Sauvignon Blanc, reveals beautiful notes of exotic and citric thiols, underlines by floral aromas (honeysuckle and lily of the valley).
MOUTH
The palate is fresh and intense. it offers a delightful length in the mouth carried by a tonic finish.
