White blend emblematic from Respide vineyard, composed of 60% Sauvignon Blanc and 40% Semillon. Coming from plots with a sandy and light soil, this wine is fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks protected from oxygen in order to preserve at best its freshness and fruitiness during tasting. Showing a pale-yellow colour with green sheen, the wine offers a nose made of citrus fruits, crunchy fruits, and white flowers. The palate is tasty and refreshing, ideal for appetizer or to start a meal.
