Verite du Terroir from Chateau La Gordonne is an organic wine, Clinging to the schist hillsides of Provence, the parcels of Chateau La Gordonne Terroir Remarquable vineyard are carefully selected for this Verite du Terroir vintage. The grapes are exclusively harvested at night to benefit from the low temperatures and to increase the quality. They are directly pressed to extract the preliminary aromas. Under the press, the first juices selection allows only the tete de cuvee to be kept. Fermentation occurs at a cool temperature to express the fruits and the aromas. Rose wines harmony and perfect balance prolongs the pleasure of tasting in a long, sweet finale. This refreshing promise is affirmed in the mouth by dominant notes of raspberry and redcurrant underscored by the freshness of citrus.
