CLOS MONTBLANC Xipella Blanc is a stunning Spanish white wine from Catalonia. Formed of a special blend of Macabeo, Parellada and Sauvignon Blanc varietals, giving it a distinct taste and potent aroma of white fruits (pears and apples) and citrus tasting notes. After a short maceration, the juice is pressed off the skins and placed in stainless steel tanks to undergo fermentation at a controlled temperature.

• Composed of a signature blend of Macabeo, Parellada and Sauvignon Blanc varietals grown on 25 year old vines in clay loam soil
• Perfect match with salads, fish and seafood soups and rice, pasta with light sauces, baked and stew fish.
