Cloudy Bay have made this Pinot Noir to tast plush and elegant, with raspberry coulis, wild strawberry and bright cherry flavors that are elevated with layers of spice, smoky tea, pepper, Asian spice and fresh earth notes. Made using the classic Burgundian techniques of fermenting in ‘open-top’ fermenters with regular punching down of the ‘cap’ to extract the colour and fruit. Silky-smooth on the palate with strawberry fruit and savoury flavours.
