Ingredients

• Ice
• Mint
• Croft Original Sherry
• Elderflower Cordial
• Tonic Water

1. In a jug, add the ice and a handful of fresh mint leaves and muddle.
2. Fill 1/3 full with Croft Original Sherry.
3. Fill 2/3 full with tonic water.
4. Add a splash of elderflower cordial.
5. Stir and enjoy!
