First fermentation occurs inside steel vats at a controlled temperature, where selected yeasts are added. The wine becomes bubbly inside low temperature pressure tanks. Intense and fruity with a rich scent of apple and grapefruit and just the right amount of sweetness.
Pale light yellow in colour with greenish highlights. Intense, fruity aromas with a rich scent of apple, lemon and grapefruit. It has pronounced aroma of wisteria in bloom and acacia flowers. A pleasant acidity and a fresh flavour with harmonious taste.
