Vegan Wine Case of 6

Most wines are filtered during the winemaking process called 'fining' which most commonly uses an animal based product known such as casein (a protein from milk). If wines aren't fined they would look hazy. Some winemakers use sterile filters instead and therefore these wines can be classified as vegan friendly.

We've put together a case of our favourite vegan friendly wine from wineries all around the world. Each wine has been checked with the winemaker so if it's important to you that wines are vegan friendly, these are for you - Enjoy!

Cote Mas - Pale salmon in colour with a complex nose of cherry and strawberry notes evolving towards soft candied fruit. Rich and smooth with ripe red fruits and a well-balanced acidity

Chilinero Sauvignon Blanc - Dry crispness on entry followed by a zesty acidity and a citrus fruit aftertaste

Puerta Vieja Tinto Rioja - Bright and lively with typical fruit aromas of liquorice, violets, stewed fruit and vanilla. On the palate it is pleasant and well structure with balanced tannins. Easy drinking, with pleasant mouth feel and a tasty lasting finish

Torre dei Vescovi Merlot - Bright ruby red in colour with intense and elegant aromas of black fruit and ripe plum. On the palate, it is smooth and harmonious with well-rounded flavour and a hint of green pepper

Cadia Pinot Grigio Garganega - Dry easy drinking wine with light fruit flavours and crisp, attractive finish.

Alpino Pinot Grigio Rose - Delicate pale rose wine with a bouquet of fruited elegance. Light and easy drinking with continual pleasant notes.
