Fairly deep lemon-yellow colour, regular, fairly fine bubbles. Long aging 12 months in oak barrels and special dosage liqueur, amplify toasted and brioche notes. Open and vinous nose of yellow fruits, candied fruits, fresh notes of candied ginger. Good balance, vinous and quite full-bodied, bubbles that melt together, nice character on stewed fruit, fresh spices, more complex buttered and vanilla notes. Beautiful frank, straightforward and taut length with mineral and creamy notes.
