Zonin Valdobbiadene DOCG Superiore Extra Dry 75cl - pleasant, refreshing, with a harmonious, balanced taste. For its production variety Glera grapes are pressed gently. The resulting mash is fermented twice. The first time - at a constant temperature; the second time use "Italian method" or method Sharma. For this wine was placed in a large drum of stainless steel. Once fermentation is finished, pressurized drink immediately bottled. From the fruity aroma of good intensity, in particular we note the green apple, lemon, grapefruit; the dominant floral note is that of flowering wisteria, acacia and elderberry. The flavor has a good acidic note, fresh taste, good structure, it is pleasant and harmonious on the palate.
