Monte Real Tinto Gran Reserva 75cl - Spanish Red Wine

Monte Real Gran Reserva marks the local expression of the Tempranillo variety. Intense cherry red color, with a good layer, with subtle tile rims. Direct on the nose with an expression of fruit infused with blackberries, black cranberries, macerated plums, which give way to an explosion of black pepper, cloves, which, as it oxygenates over time, gives way to the finesse of the toast showing hints of vanilla, pure dark chocolate, and a balsamic touch.

Juicy on the palate, fluid, fine on the palate, slightly creamy in the middle of the mouth, combined with liquor notes of black cranberries, sweet spices, liquorice. It moves along its course with firm tannins and notable acidity, denoting very pleasant spicy and aniseed touches, accompanied by juiciness and character. The finish is elegant, delicate and marked by the acidity that supports its body, keeping it agile and alive until the end.

Aged in American oak casks for between 24 and 30 months, with a further 36 months ageing in the bottle to gain the Gran Reserva classification. Made from selected wine from only the best vintages, an unmistakable aged Rioja. Balanced sensual taste, with opulent flavours of stewed fruit, vanilla and liquorice. Full bodied with balanced tannins and acidity. Long, persistent finish
