Armand De Brignac Demi Sec is blended with 40% pinot, 20% pinot Meunier and 40% Chardonnay grapes. Using grapes from the vineyards in the premier Cru and Grand Cru vineyards in the La Marne regions.

Produced in traditional old-world style from grape to glass, which is aged for nine months in oak casks.  On the nose  the Demi Sec hosts hints of english candy, compote fruits and buttered brioche. Then onto the palate wild blueberries and citrus fruits compels through.
