How to Order

• If you are a new customer then you will be asked to create an account and create a password for your account so you can view details of any orders you place with Bottled and Boxed securely. If you already have an account you simply have to enter your password into the Log In system.

• You can then continue to shop in the store and add to your basket or you can click 'Checkout' to start processing your order.

• When you are taken to the checkout you can start to personalise your order. You can type your delivery address into the system, this is stored for use on future orders. If you our address is already saved then select it from the drop down menu and click ‘Apply’.

• You can then type your personal gift message to be placed onto a gift card with your order.

• You then have to select your delivery type and date of delivery through a drop down box option.

• Once all the above are completed to your satisfaction simply click on 'Next’.  
• If you have any promotion codes or vouchers, you need to type them into the box and click ‘Redeem’.
• You then can review and confirm all of your order details, and can amend them if you find you have made an error.

• Then click 'Check Out’' and you are automatically directed to the Protx Secure Site in which you can enter your card details which are totally secured for payment.

• Upon completion of payment, you are automatically re-directed back to the Bottled and Boxed confirmation page where you can simply Log Out or continue to browse and shop online.

• You will receive an e-mail with confirmation of your order to the e-mail address you have entered when registering your details with Bottled and Boxed

• You will also receive confirmation from Protx confirming your card payment & transaction amount.

• Imput the address and your personal gift message and date of delivery for this address the click 'Next'.
• You then need to select the itams to send to the next address. 
• Imput the address and your personal gift message and date of delivery for this address the click 'Next'.
• Do this for all your products.
• If you have any promotion codes or vouchers, you need to type them into the box and click ‘Redeem’.
• You then can review and confirm all of your order details. 
• Then click 'Check Out’' and you are automatically directed to the Protx Secure Site in which you can enter your card details which are totally secured for payment.
