Le Black Creation 257 blend is dominated by Pinots Noirs, some from the Montagne de Reims with their distinctive character, perfectly blended with the delectable, fruity flavour of others from the Aube. The Chardonnays–the runaway success of the 2017 harvest–show a remarkable elegance and freshness, while the Pinots Meuniers from the Vallee de la Marne boast generosity and suppleness.
