Bollinger PN VZ15 Champagne is Bollinger's unique vision of Pinot Noir. The House is renowned for their outstanding Pinot Noir grapes and so, unsurprisingly, this Champagne has a signature rich, intense and exceptional character that brilliantly exemplifies Bollinger's craft. The blend holds 80% base wines from 2015 and 20% from Bollinger's reserve wines from 2009 and 2010.
This wine is the first of a series - Bollinger PN Collection - which intends to showcase crus from different base years with the intention to highlight individual vintage tastes. Each year will see a new interpretation of Pinot Noir and invite you to explore Bollinger's terroirs like never before. This is the first new cuvée from Bollinger since 2008 when Bollinger Rosé NV was launched.
The PN VZ15 can be enjoyed immediately but will also benefit from cellar ageing to encourage further development.
