An ode to lemon, which the sweet William pear barely managers to temper and finding pepper notes and a hit of balsamic vinegar blend together, with softer vanilla scents finding their way in.

On the Palate its vivacity is sustained by citrus aromatics, (orange) with enticing notes of coffee, praline, baba au rhum and vanilla cream. Surprisingly prune, mirabelle and greengage aromas develop, leaving one with the flas impression of an eau-de-vie.

The Finish extends without battling an eye lid on prune and mirabelle notes. Licorice makes a brief appearance before the fruit takes center stage.
