Crafted using the Martinotti-Charmat method, this rosé undergoes a slow secondary fermentation in stainless steel for 120–150 days, enhancing its refinement and delicacy. The grapes are gently pressed without skin contact, preserving the purity of the fruit and the beautiful coral-pink hue.
