During the harvest we pick the grapes by hand, in boxes of 14 kg. It ferments for 8 days between 23 and 29ºC. Maceration lasts 10 days, and each time the wine reaches the maximum fermentation temperature, we carry out the pumping-over process daily.

Valduero Reserva de 2 Cotas is the wine that shows the essence of the highland Tempranillo grapes. It is a Reserva made from low yield vineyards, with a long and patient aging in oak and bottle. Intense garnet color, vivid and deep coloured. Aromas of coffee, tobacco and wood. It offers serious and powerful tannins.
