2. MIX - Add sweetness with 150ml Sparkling Peach Iced Tea and stir.

3. GARNISH - Finish with fresh peach and thyme or a lemon wedge.

2. MIX - Stir in 30ml Elderflower Cordial and 100ml Soda Water.
