The Copa is designed to trap the aromas of the gin to give a better taste to the drink, and the large bowl also allows plenty of ice and lime into the glass to add to the flavour and keep the drink cool. Tarquin's Cornish gin is first distilled in small batches, with the addition of extra fresh lime zest, then post distillation we lovingly infuse with the sweetest strawberries in season. Wild strawberry, fresh juniper and cracked black pepper on the nose. Zesty lime, sweet orange blossom, and warm spice on the palate. With a finish of tart strawberry jam, candied marmalade, and soft pine. Pairs perfectly with An elderflower tonic and a slice of lime.
