The Lakes The One Sherry Cask Finished Whisky

The One Collection is a range of fine blended whiskies showcasing the role of innovative cask seasoning in flavour elevation.

With only 4,512 bottles available, and principally matured in European oak Oloroso and PX casks, this is a deep, rich and intense whisky.

A nose of Medjool dates, sun-dried raisins, sultanas and polished wood leads to Macadamia nuts, dark chocolate and gentle smoke on the palate of with a long, warming and rich finish.

This release of The One is a singular blend of select grain and malt Scotch whiskies from Speyside and Islay with The Lakes Single Malt at its heart. Bottled at natural colour and non-chill filtered.

Enjoy as you please. Add a few drops of water to venture further into the flavour depths.

Nose - MEDJOOL DATES, SULTANAS AND POLISHED WOOD.

Palate - DARK CHOCOLATE, SUN-DRIED DATES AND WOODSPICE WITH A WHIFF OF SMOKE.

Finish - RICH, WARMING AND LINGERING.
